Your Co-ordinator will ensure you complete your training with an employer who offers top quality employment-based training.

Your Modern Apprenticeships Co-ordinator will work with you and your employer to develop a personal training plan tailored to your needs.
Modern Apprenticeships ? a focus on your success
Your Modern Apprenticeships Co-ordinator will regularly review your progress against your personal training plan to make sure you?re on target to successfully complete your apprenticeship.
A nationally-recognised qualification
Modern Apprenticeships training leads to a National Certificate at levels 3 and 4. This means your Modern Apprenticeship will be recognised by employers throughout New Zealand.
Who?s eligible?
To be eligible for Modern Apprenticeships you must:
? be 16 to 21 years old when you begin*
? meet any entry requirements for your particular industry or business
? be ready to work towards National Certificate/s at levels 3 and 4.
Entry requirements vary from industry to industry, but the Modern Apprenticeships Co-ordinator will let you know what these are and will help the employer find the best person to meet their needs.
