The liquidator John Fisk said that the institute's future would be cleare when they had talked to government and possible purchasers.On February 20th Immigration New Zealand
suspended processing visas for international students to attend the institute after learning there were doubts about its financial viability.
Most of the tax debt was from unpaid PAYE and GST, but included KiwiSaver employee deductions of $166,040 and KiwiSaver employer contributions of $19,795.
