Unsurprisingly, Europe dominates the global league table for skills and education holding seven of the 10 top places.

New Zealand and Japan are the only Asia and Pacific countries in the global top 10. In New Zealand they have youth unemployment below 5% and 90% of workers are in medium – or – high – skill jobs.

The Human Capital Report looks to provide an holistic overview of how well countries are leveraging their human capital and establishing workforces that are prepared for the demands of competitive economies.
