$3 Million Goes to Gifted Education.

The long awaited influx of money for Gifted Education programmes has been announced by the Government. It is the first time a Government has given money which is targeted for Gifted children.Although, this is just a small amount to what will eventually be needed to support programmes throughout the country it is seen as an important step in acknowledging a need in this area. There is still discussion as to how the monet will be allocated but it is to cover from pre-school to tertiary and can be used for research as well as already established programmes.
