Youth Horizons Trust (YHT) is a nonprofit organisation established to provide treatment for young people between the ages of 11 and 17 with diagnosed Severe Conduct Disorder. It builds upon several decades of systematic scientific research on conduct disorder and has been designed and developed by child mental health professionals. The programme currently provides residential treatment and schooling for approximately 30 young people under the care of Child, Youth and Family Service from the Auckland region. The Trust also operates a specialist One to One caregiver programme in the Auckland region. We also provide a five-bed service in the Waikato for the mid to lower North Island regions and an Intensive Clinical Support Service operating in Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Hauraki.
