Auckland International College is proud to announce scholarships for students applying for its Preparation Year Programme for IB Diploma beginning in July 2003, leading to the two year prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma planned to be delivered in July 2004.*

24 full tuition fee scholarships and 24 half tuition fee scholarships are being offered to students within New Zealand and internationally. The scholarships are valid for three years but are dependent upon satisfactory progress through the programmes. The scholarships do not cover accommodation or living costs.

The scholarships are to attract to the programme students who have:

- the potential to proceed to the best universities
- personal qualities that indicate they will be valuable,
contributing members of the global community

Applicants need to:

1. apply for the Preparation Year Programme for IB Diploma using the AIC application form
2. complete the scholarship application form and return with the application form.
3. attach copies of your two latest school reports and any testimonials you might wish to include

4. sit a three hour scholarship examination at a supervised exam centre.

Short listed applicants will be notified and told of the time and place of the interview.

Successful applicants will then be informed.
