Bay of Plenty Polytechnic SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS INFORMATION

Where can I find extra funds to help while I study?  Scholarships are another way of helping you meet fees, course-related costs and living expenses.

Are scholarships just for the dux students?  There is often a misconception that scholarships are only available to top academic achievers - but in some cases a scholarship can be gained by demonstrating a motivated attitude towards your study, a passion to succeed, connections with certain iwi or hapu, leadership skills and so on. The criteria for getting a scholarship or grant varies depending on the particular scholarship.

It is worthwhile checking what is out there!  Hundreds of BOP Polytechnic students have already gained financial assistance to help with all sorts of needs that arise whilst studying! 

As well as the many scholarships administered by trusts and external organisations, BOP Polytechnic administers a number of its own very special scholarships.
