Please find below the terms and conditions of use for the Edusearch site and it's features. The 'Boutique website' feature at Edusearch allows educational providers to completely maintain their own listings at Edusearch, and at the same time own a unique website that will allow site visitors to learn more about their organisation. The websites will get a priority listing in the provider database, and offer a unique and inexpensive method for any New Zealand educational provider to get 'Online'.
If you wish to order a boutique website on behalf of your organisation, the following conditions apply:
1. You must represent the educational provider you have selected, and have authority to authorise the charges applicable to this application.
2. The current charge for a boutique website is $NZ150.00 + GST, which will be invoiced to the address shown on the provider listing. This is an annual charge, and includes all traffic generated by visitors to your website. You can also choose to make monthly payments of $15.00 + GST. At present, we are offering a two month free trial on these sites, so there is no risk in trying out our system!
3. Edusearch reserve the right to remove any boutique listing at any stage. Edusearch are not responsible for any issues of connectivity via the internet that could affect access to your boutique listing.
4. Posting of offensive, racist, or inflammatory text or images could result in the removal of the boutique website at the discretion of Edusearch.
