Their Future : Our Challenge
Ever since its formation in 1975, the New Zealand Association for Gifted Children (NZAGC) has catered to the special needs of the gifted and talented. It helps parents understand these children, makes the educational authorities aware of their special needs, and helps these young people fulfill the potential of their giftedness.

| | Gifted Education Site | | An interesting site for those interested in gifted education. Based on the writings of Joseph Renzulli. Renzulli's 'Schools for Talent Development' concept is an ideal model for Intermediate or Secondary schools, keeping as it does a core of traditional teaching in the a.m. and talent development in the p.m.
Have a look at the site and the many possibilities it has to offer. |

| | Trippin | | A great site for your teenage children. "Trippin can help you figure out what's going on when life feels a bit "out of it". Heaps of stuff can cause you to trip out, things like depression, worries and fears, alcohol and drugs, stress or even stuff to do with sex or sexuality. Trippin explains what all of these things are (plus heaps of other stuff too), and gives you some ideas for how you can sort them out if they are a problem for you." |
