Fun for Everyone!
Students will build confidence through overcoming challenges, enhance self-esteem by facing fears, test both physical and mental reserves and create camaraderie and communication through teamwork.
We can cater for school groups and holiday programmes from 10 to 150 students a day.
We also have a great BBQ area as well as an amazing cafe at Butterfly Creek right next door.
The YMCA offers children and young people fun and educational activities to keep them happy and active during every school holiday of the year. We run programmes in Upper & Lower Hutt, the Wairarapa, Porirua, Wellington City and Holiday Camps at Camp Kaitoke.

A swash-buckling time for all!! Join us for an exciting day of pirating on the High Seas – digging for treasure and rescuing damsels in distress. We’re tying in with the Auckland Heritage Festival theme of ‘transport’ by travelling as they did in Victorian Times, sailing the globe to find the best adventure.
Bookings essential, online or in person.
Children get dropped off from 9.30am and get picked up at 2.30pm - $35 per child or $60 for two

During NZ School Holidays: These fun days give families a change to explore the village with activities catered to children. Join us for a day filled with crafts, old fashioned-games, and New Zealand history from 10:00am to 2:00pm admission charges apply.

Crystal Mountain is West Auckland's Award winning Tourist Attraction loaded with fun activities.
Journey through the Exotic Animal Park on the Crystal Mountain Express train, Feed the friendly animals ,Pan for Crystals, jump on the Bungee tramp, have a Pony ride or ride on the Speedy Gonzales Roller Coaster, travel through the farm yard on Travis the Tractor and Friends. Get up close with the T-Rex, Brachiosaurus, Triceratops and Stegosaurus in the Dinosaur Gully.
