Each year, we help over 12,000 people gain the knowledge and skills, largely through on-the-job training that will assist them in making a valuable contribution to their company’s performance.
Competenz:
- Provides leadership for industry around training needs and issues
- Consults with industry about their training needs
- Decides what skills people working in our industries need
- Develops the qualifications to test these skills
- Writes and produces manuals and training materials
- Contracts training providers to deliver training
- Assesses the level of skill reached
- Quality assures the standard of training through moderation
