Our goal as education providers for the hospitality industry is to develop you to the best of your potential and make your introduction into the hospitality work force enjoyable. AHCTS offers a variety of teaching methods to accommodate the different needs of each individual student.
The Recognition of Current Competence (RCC) -a unit based delivery and assessment system complements the modulated Hospitality Qualifications and allows professionals and students within the industry to seek qualifications that represent their current skill level without having to commit to offsite educational programmes.
We offer a "Professional Cookery" course, a very practical programme to give a trainee a broad knowledge of professional cookery skills. Our TEC NZ Youth programme allows trainees the opportunity to look at the many career pathways available, and also the educational requirement needs to pursue a hospitality career.
