Your Modern Apprenticeships Co-ordinator will: Find a motivated Modern Apprentice to meet your requirements, ensuring the person you take on is suited to your workplace and can add value to your business; Handle all the administration and paperwork associated with the training ï¿½ saving you time, reducing your costs and keeping your training hassle-free; Work with you and your Modern Apprentice to develop a personal training plan for your Modern Apprentice; Regularly review your Modern Apprenticeï¿½s progress against key milestones in the plan to make sure everything is going smoothly; Be available to advise and help with any issues that either you or your Modern Apprentice may have about the training. Your Modern Apprenticeships Co-ordinator knows your industry or business and will work with your Industry Training Organisation to register the training agreement and facilitate training arrangements.
